2018,Summer of Trends

2018 started out with so many hot new trends it was almost hard to keep up with them. As you keep reading I am going to share with you what all the celebrities are wearing nowadays and how you can look trendy locally in your city on a budget!

How many times have you bought something pricey you know deep down you really didn't need but bought anyways because everyones wearing it? At least once? Thats ok, me too. That being said I am going to share with you guys some of the most popular trends of 2018, and how to get them for less!

Hats

Hats have honestly never been my thing to wear but I have been noticing them everywhere! From a classic vacation hat you can get in any souvenir shop to cute floppy beach hats to take on vacation!

I love this hat for the beach, or just for a simple Sunday brunch. I might not be everyones taste but it is so cute to just make a simple outfit look like so much more. It is also perfect to get that cute Instagram shot of your outfit!

So we all know that Rosé has become such a huge trend. So imagine my excitement when I saw this hat! I think this is so cute just for a casual everyday hat, maybe for those days you are feeling lazy didn't brush your hair? Yes, I've been there we all know those days! You can wear this on a hike, to the gym, just to make your outfit look cute, bad hair day literally anything. Also so photogenic, I feel that just throwing a hat on will always make you look like you tried so much harder than you really did.

Pants that are in!

These pants have always been underrated in my eyes and now people are finally seeing their potential! I purchased these about two years ago from Brandy Melville and was always insecure to wear them because I thought people would think they were ugly or weird, and now I am seeing them everywhere. Again just simple pants that will make you look like you tried on your outfit, it is amazing what a simple pattern can do!

Okay I know these next ones aren't pants, they are shorts but they are classic. You can literally wear these with anything, it is so easy to dress these basic jean shorts up or dress them down. In the summer I live in these, whenever I need to throw something on quickly this is always the way to go. You can wear these with a graphic tee, a white tee, throw on before going to the beach with your bikini top, bodysuit etc. Jean shorts are even better if they are high wasted!! Never turn down a pair of good priced, good looking high wasted shorts.

Bathing Suits!

These one pieces have been in the last couple of summers and I am not complaining that they are still going strong as a trend. They are incredibly cute! I first saw these on Triangl bikini website but now I am seeing them in every store. This one from the Kendall+Kylie collection is super cute and so reasonably priced since it is on sale right now on revolve.
