Healthy Habits that will help you reach the highest version of yourself

I have been adding a lot of different and new habits to my routines in the New Year and I already feel so much better and different. I have realized that everything we put in our bodies and consume in our brains shapes us as humans and portrays how we live our lives. I have been trying to really be aware of what's going in my body, in my brain and how I am moving by body has made such a difference in the way I see things.

In the morning:

- A cup of aloe vera juice

Benefits to this include clearing of the skin, helping digestion and it is such a high source of antioxidants.

- Cup of Bone Broth

This is such a great source of a lot of collagen. Improves bone and joint health, promote weight loss, and improving your hair and nails.

- Journaling

- Meditating

I have just recently added this and if you are consistent with it you will see how life changing this is I can't explain it.

- Read devotions

Workouts:

- I have been new to taking barre classes at Pure Barre and I became obsessed. I bought a class pack and it is lower intense but it is so hard since it is targeting so many smaller muscles.

- Long walks with a podcast

- Pilates

- Hot Yoga


At Night:

- Baths

- Oil diffuser

- Peppermint tea to debloat and slim down

- Get your meals ready for tomorrow

- When writing in your journal reflect on the day you dreamed of having in the future. This may not have happened today but taking about it and writing down what your highest version would do in the future will get you there sooner.

- Hot water with lemon, honey and Apple Cider Vinegar
