How to survive a tailgate

Since my last blog posts have been all about college and the new school year, I figured I would make one on what I have learned and how I survived my freshman year tailgates. As I said in my previous school blogs, I have learned too much from my freshman's ear in college, from my appeal, to study habits to partying. Tailgating and partying is one of the most fun times in college you can have, but there are things you never want to forget and always remember no matter how fun you are having.

#1 WATER

You should always remember to drink water before and after you go out. Especially if you are of age and drinking, water is so important to remember!

#2 Your Girlfriends

Going out with your girlfriends is the best feelings ever. just remember that whoever you go to the party with that is who you are leaving with. Never forget a girlfriend at the party! Stick with your group of girls all night, this is so important especially if you are in a larger group you always wanna make sure that you are all present and ok to leave.

#3 Your drink (if your of age)

Always keep an eye on your drink never let it leave your hand if you set your drink down do not take another sip of it, get a new one. Also, watch your friends irks if they go to the bathroom either hold their drink or go with them. It is always good to go to the bathroom with them to make sure they are good, also a good time to freshen up and touch up your look!

#4 Shoes

Always have a pair of old dirty shoes you do not care about ruining cause going to tailgates and frats will ruin them. Converse are always a go-to for me! You never want to make the mistake of wearing your brand new Nike Air Force's to the tailgate even though they will be super cute and go with your outfit, they WILL get ruined. Been there, done that.

Thanks for reading loves! Until next time.

Sincerely, Katarina
