These are hard times right now for a lot of people due to COVID-19. Staying inside is very important for the health and wellbeing of many individuals as long as yourself. During the last three weeks inside I have developed a pretty steady night routine. Some things that I have been doing to keep myself positive, and open-minded.

~The first thing I tend to do at the end of the night is winding down with drinking hot lemon water. I drink this at the end of the night and the first thing in the morning. Benefits of this include vitamin C, immunity booster, skin, digestion and bloating.

~ I do a face mask every night, sometimes when I take a bath. Salts in the bath help a lot with stress and relieving any pain. I have been doing this for both of those reasons, all I have been doing is going on long walks. I have been developing sore muscles and getting pain in my legs, taking a bath with these salts helps tremendously.

~ Before I go to bed each night I usually FaceTime my friends, this is great especially because we can't leave our houses. This helps to keep your mind healthy, it helps me to not feel so alone and isolated even though that's really what is happening.

~ I have been reading so much during all of this to help pass time and pick something up other than my phone now that I have the time. I read right before I go to bed, it helps to keep me sleepy, doesn't expose my eyes to the tv or my phone light. Taking advantage of this time and reading or doing something to educate your mind is a great idea.

Thanks for reading!
