Sunday Reset

Sunday is arguably my favorite day of the week. I love having a very eventful Sunday where I get a lot of self care and organization for the week done. I like to believe that I have perfected the best Sunday routine and want to share some of my rituals that I can’t go without doing that help me start my week less stressed.

  1. Have all of the Laundry washed , folded, and put away. By the end of the night Sunday I want all my laundry baskets to be emptied and put away in my closet/ drawers. It is not super stressful to have a full laundry basket, but I do find it easier in the week to just have them empty and put away making my space cleaner and less cluttered. Also, living out of a laundry basket during the week is never really the move.

  2. The dishwasher is ran and emptied. This seems like a very simple one but going to bed with all the dishes washed and cleaned for the start of the week can really make a difference. Personally, to start my week I don't want to have to worry about if the dishes are clean or not, emptying the dishwasher etc.

  3. Make sure I'm restocked on Coffee and Tea for the week. I never wanna start or go through my week realizing that I don't have coffee in the morning or Tea at night time.

  4. Cancel Sunday Scares: Nothing is worse than having to spend your Sunday finishing a lot of work whether for school or for a job. Its easier said than done but get it done Friday or Saturday whenever you have time. When you get to Sunday you’ll feel so relieved you don't have anything to do but relax and chill out before your busy week.

  5. Setting the mood when you go to bed. Put a diffuser on, have your book or a relaxing show, some tea, make sure your face and body is moisturized and take the last 5 minutes before you sleep to manifest and think positive for your subconscious when you're sleeping.
