I have been including Collagen into my diet the last couple of months and I can honestly say that I believe it has made a positive impact. I mix it into a drink in the morning when I wake up, I will include the details and the routine below along with the benefits of including Collagen into your diet too!

Collagen has many benefits for one's body, including helping hair cells, skin, weight loss, toning of the body and digestive health. There are so many forms of Collagen you just have to find out what works for you best, there is a powder form and there are pills that are also great to take if you are not a fan of powder in your beverages. Adding Collagen into your routine can be particularly important because it has unique properties that cannot be found in other sources of protein.
The way I drink Collagen
I drink Collagen in powder form just because that is personally what I like and making a drink with it that way is best for me. I put two scoops of Collagen formula in a glass, I then add hot water and maybe some other form of flavor to it. You can add many things to make this drink tastier some examples including honey, a tea bag, almond milk, etc. A lot of the time I mix it in with tea just to make it tasty with almond milk it makes me enjoy the drink more.
Benefits of Collagen
Collagen has many benefits as I mentioned above, I want to get deeper into how it is great for your overall body and health though. Collagen is one of the main proteins found in the body, thick hair, skin, muscles and joints. It also helps builds muscle and burns off healthy fat. This is great to drink or add into your post-workout routine! Collagen is great for muscles and easing joints while also reducing pain in them as well. The main benefit that makes Collagen so attractive is the proof and results that have on one's skin! Adding this into your routine can reverse skin aging, it promotes glowing skin and makes it vibrant, Collagen doesn't necessarily reduce as much as preventing the occurrence of dry skin, and loose/fine lines throughout the skin. Another great skin benefit of this is the lack of cellulite you will have after including this into your life. Collagen improves the texture and waviness of the skin and helps with healthy fats under the skin. Promotes digestive health as well with is just adding onto all the great things about this product. Helping gut health and the lining of one's digestive health as well!
