Going into summer we are all in a rush to get our bods slimmer and sexier! I have put together the perfect smoothie that will slim your body in no time! I drink this smoothie any time of the day honestly, but for me, I enjoy it best in the AM, before or after I go to the gym! However, it is also a great midday smoothie for a snack or something to fill your appetite on the go!
Ingredients Needed
~ 1 cup spinach
~ 1 handful fresh mint
~ 1 handful fresh parsley
~ juice from a lemon
~ ginder
~ ½ cucumber
~ 1 cup of water
