Healthy Snackin'

I have been getting many questions recently about my eating habits and what I eat/how much. There is nothing I love doing more than snacking and I would love to share some of my favorite no carb snacks. I eat bigger portions for my meals so that is why I like to keep my snacks no carb. I do not always stick to this, but when I am on a good healthy streak below is usually what I snack on.

Tuna is a great healthy snack, a lot of people are not a fan of tuna but I don't mind it. By itself is great or what I like to do is mix it with some cut up the pickle and low-fat mayonnaise, you can also add some cut up cucumber in there too.
Deli Lunch Meat is another one of my favorite snacks, I am not vegetarian or vegan at all and enjoy a good Deli. This is also a great way to get my protein in if I haven't yet that day or need some more.
Pickles have low-calorie count, they help you shed some lbs. Unsweetened are the best since they are low calorie, a bowl of these is just 17 calories.
Celery, I usually dip this in either peanut butter or almond butter. I don't usually dip in ranch or any type of dressing since those tend to have more fats, calories more of a chance of adding some lbs on.
Nut Packs, these are great they are loaded with nutrients and get you full fast. They are calorie-dense and more of a high fat snack. This is a great snack for brain power also, good before a sporting event, test, etc.
