Super Green Breakfast Smoothie

My favorite thing to do before/ after the gym or in the AM, in general, is drinking a smoothie/ juice. I specifically like green juices and smoothies, when I think of anything green I think clean, fresh, and organic, and it can't get better than that. I have been recently loving to make this Super Green Breakfast Smoothie which I drink WITH my breakfast. I do not only have this for breakfast because it isn't enough, you really need to have food in your system especially for breakfast at the start of the day. You can always switch ingredients and substitute things in if you do not have any of these ingredients, that is another thing I love about smoothies and/or juices. substituting ingredients is always so easy and the end result is usually just as tasty if not more!

The Ingredients that I put in my Super Green Breakfast Smoothie:

~1/2 cup of Kale

~1/2 cup of Spinach

~ Cucumber (how much you want I usually out close to an inch)

~Grapes (handful)

~1 Banana

~1 cup of Water/Protein shake or Plant based liquid
