Apple Cider Vinegar should be a must in your everyday routine and if it isn't then I highly suggest it. There are countless benefits of including this into your diet that can help your overall health. From seeing results in skincare, bloating, digestive health and hair thickness this product is great for you. There are a few precautions you must take when including this into your diet however.
How to include it into your routine
When drinking Apple Cider Vinegar there are a few tips and tricks you have to keep in mind. It is best to drink with a straw and mixed in with another drink, like water or juice. The reason you want to do this is that Apple Cider Vinegar can wear away the enamel on your teeth, and can tear your esophagus. I used to take a shot of this every morning, however, that is not the way to drink it. The best way is in a glass with water, juice, a smoothie or anything that you personally enjoy. You can find further information about this and these precautions on the internet but this is mostly the gist of it.
Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar
~ Keeps a healthy pH balance and regulates digestive health
~ Helps lower blood sugar levels
~ Helps the skin and helps prevent acne
~ Helps bloating in the stomach area
~ Heart health and great for the cardiovascular area of the body
How I drink Apple Cider Vinegar
I drink Apple Cider Vinegar 3 times a day. I drink it with a large cup of water in the morning, again at lunch or noontime, and then before I go to bed. You obviously don't have to drink it three times a day for it to work, or for you to see a difference. However, that is just what works best for me and what I enjoy doing. A lot of the time I add a lemon, and some honey, drinking this with warm water or tea is good especially if you are sick.
~You can find Apple Cider Vinegar at any grocery store, the bottle that I use will be linked below.
Other ways you can make this into a more enjoyable drink since it is not the best tasting are by including things into it or putting the cider itself in a drink. Like I said before it always works great in teas, or just with water and lemons. Another way you can sneak this in a drink is with a smoothie, you barely know it is there but you are still getting it in with all the benefits!
